Ein Weihnachtsgruß aus den USA 🎄🎧
Manchmal erreichen uns Nachrichten, die uns besonders berühren – so wie die folgende von Bernadette aus den USA. Sie bestellte kürzlich bei uns und schrieb dabei diese wunderbaren Worte:

Secondly (which I wish to have said first but it is too long and I don’t want to bore you), in my opinion nothing compares to ULTRASONE quality: I find it interesting that I was born the same year the company was founded. My freshman year of university, I researched some high-quality close-backed headphones (to not disturb my roommates), and I ended up buying a pair of ULTRASONE Pro 550s (unfortunately, not directly from ULTRASONE). They got me through university, they came with me when I lived in Japan for 5 years, and they were my companions on many of my travels. They have brought me so much enjoyment by bringing my video games to life, or any movies I have watched. Most memorable of all were the hours I just sat or lay down in a dark room, completely engulfed in music (and sometimes just ambient sounds).
Maybe my music is not to your taste, but regardless of what I have listened to, it was always a pleasure to melt away and float with the sounds my ULTRASONE‘s provided. The peace they have provided is unparalleled. In the near-15 years that I have owned my pair, I accidentally broke the headband and sent them in for third-party repair. I have also bought and replaced the ear pads a few times (buying directly from ULTRASONE when possible), or Frankenstein fixing them myself by gluing pads onto the quick-change backs. Only recently have my headphones begun to not work as well, and I realized it’s time for me to buy a new set. In the intervening years, I have of course tried other brands.
To me, however, nothing has come close, something always felt missing. And what better option to buy new headphones than a pair from my favorite brand, created and made by the founder Michael Willberg. I am always up for a surprise. And if the aforementioned offer is still valid, they may end up as a Christmas gift for my audiophile father.

Solche Zeilen sind unbezahlbar. Vielen Dank, liebe Bernadette, für diese bewegende Rückmeldung und die unglaubliche Markentreue über so viele Jahre hinweg. Sie sind einer der Gründe, warum mir diese Arbeit auch nach 25 Jahren immer noch so viel Freude macht.
Und Bernadette zeigt es ganz klar: Einmal ULTRASONE – immer ULTRASONE. Dank unseres einzigartigen S-Logic-Soundsystems bleiben unsere Hörerinnen und Hörer nicht nur treu, sondern oft begeistert ein Leben lang.
